Mon- Run 6.5, bike 40, run3.5 (treadmill)
Tuesday-swim 1.5, run 3
Wednesday- run 3, cross fit
Thursday -swim1.2, run 3 (slow)
Firday- Run 3, cross fit, bike 5
Saturday- Watched the last swim meet of the school year. Yay!
Nice, well rounded week of workouts. How are you enjoying the cross fit?
I know you'll miss those Saturdays on the bleachers at the swim meets. :-p
