    Monday boot camp, 3k run. First timed 3k. 17:55

    Wednesday 6k run

    Thursday swim 1.5

    Friday bike 20k

    Saturday 10k run charity run. I Finished last, but I finished. The first person finished around 40 minutes, and I finished around 1 hour 10min.

    time schmime...you were out there putting in the work! No matter how slow you go, you are lapping the people on the couch! I'm proud of you for sticking out the 10K even when you felt unsure of the miles. Nice pace on the timed 3K!

    Maybe you are right. Sometimes I compare myself to the fastest runner instead of all the people at home that never even show up. I am
