Woke up and it was raining, but went over anyway.  When I asked if they were going to cancell the chairity run, soemone laughed at me and said no. My first time to run in the rain. At least it wasn't as hot. I was so close to my goal of getting under 30 minutes, so close. Maybe next time :)

Cat on the move - 500 commando points for the 5K PR, so close to your goal - it will soon happen.

WOW! You did a great job on hitting the sub 30, and even in the rain! Yeah, races don't get cancelled for rain, snow, sleet...heat...nothin'! Okay, well, I know of one marathon they cancelled due to snow, but it was in SC where they NEVER get snow, so they were worried about people driving in to the race and on the course slipping and hitting runners. Here in Utah they don't :)

Glad things are going well and you are getting faster and stronger!!

I'm pretty sure running in the rain gives you a 45 second handicap :-)
