    Wed: Bike group 40k. This group is faster than the other groups, I could hardly keep up with them. We did a 30km pace, on the road for the first hour and then trail rides for the last hour. The trails were muddy from the rain, and it was super slippery. 

     

    Thurs: Swim day. I didn't get to swim afterwards because I was stressed and forgot to  put my running shoes in my swim bag. OOps. Didn't get to run Tuesday before swimming because I had an appointment over at the HS school. I guess I need to do a run sometime  today, but when? ....Ok, I figured it out. I will treadmill while I watch my son during swim class.

    Friday-Boot camp. What is hard on Friday, hurts on Saturday. 

    Sturday- 10k run. Woke up sore from boot camp, but was committed to running because I had  friend waiting for me. Ran a good pace the first 8k, then she left for an appointment and I really had to force myself to run, and not walk, the last 2k.  My legs were so sore, but I did it. Glad I have my "long" run out of the way. Better do some stretchinig today. I think my long runs would be more effective if I remembered to rearrange my schedule and have a rest day before my long run day. I also haven't started to increase my distance past 10k , and need to figure out a plan to do that.

    Where did this week go...and thank goodness it is Friday. 

    Mon-bike 40k, nice pace

    Tues-Run 5k & Swim 2k

    Wed- Walk 5k

    Thurs -Run fast pace2.5k &  Swim 2k

    Fri- boot camp

    Sat- I'm going to do a community 5k run.

    Woke up and it was raining, but went over anyway.  When I asked if they were going to cancell the chairity run, soemone laughed at me and said no. My first time to run in the rain. At least it wasn't as hot. I was so close to my goal of getting under 30 minutes, so close. Maybe next time :)

    And where did this week go? I am learning that stress can be more exhausting than vigorous exercise. I should stick with the exercise :)

    Monday- Boot camp

    Tuesday -Run 5k& swim class

    Wed- walk 5k

    Thursday-Run & swim

    Fri -Amusement park with the kids

    Sat- 10k run

    thurs- swim

    fri- can't remember. Friday was a stressful day, probably no exercise.

    sat- speed work at the track, not sure  if I knew what I was doing, but oh well.
