    Last week a recovery week with running and it worked well because a holiday and traveling out of town anyway.

    Totals for week 1 (April 8-14)

    Run/walk: 25k

    Swim: 2-3k

    Bike: 100k

    Over the weekend got sick- nasty

    So another recovery week :)

    The totals for week 2 (April 15-21)

    Run/walk: 15 k

    Swim 3k

    Bike :

    I think I will be back to 90% next week.
