Did my 3.5k run before boot camp. I found something that is harder than boot camp, getting a teenage son up in the morning to go to boot camp with you. One we got there, he did a great job, far better than me.
Yes, getting a teenage son up in the morning is hard. I've got one that likes to sleep 'til noon, but the next one sets his alarm and gets up relatively early. The third one is like Golidlocks and the Three Bears, somewhere in between.
Just out of curiosity, how many kids do you have and how old are they?

It's funny, I see him as such an obedient child and up at 6AM just like normal :) Oh well, at least he wanted to go! My kids want to run a mile with me tomorrow morning...this may be interesting.
