Internet has been off again this week, it has been driving me nuts. BUT it did give me an idea. I'm going to try to entering my workouts on the blog every other day.

Wed: 50k bike ride with a new bike group I found.  The road bikes took off in a flash and I went with the mountain bike group. I had to work hard to keep up, and was a little saddle sore after 3 hours on the bike, but getting to go off and explore some trails made it fun. I  think I'll ride with the bike group again.

Thurs: swim and 5k run. I thought running after swimming would be easier than swimming after running, but not really. Its hard either way.  I learned that my swim class has a couple of people who do marathons, and was lucky enough to find a couple of people who don't mind running a 5k with me before/after class.

AWESOME! I love the 50K bike ride (I've never gone that far!) and then that you are finding good people to run, bike and swim with as well. Sometimes just having someone there really helps motivate me to get out and do it!

Nice work, and I hope that darn internet starts cooperating.

WOW! 3 hours on the bike! If I did that I may never walk normal again! :) AWESOME running, biking and swimming this week. So HAPPY you found someone to do it with!

    Have a GREAT weekend! :)

Cat on the move - you are a natural, without Redford, at Tris - good work, mountain bikes will toughen up those legs. Always good to find workout buddies. Nice job. Impressed with you ramping up your training - awesome.
