    Made up some boot camp class for myself. Got a good workout, but my "made up" class was only 1/2 hour long, not one hour. Went for a short swim to cool down. I was going to try to let my calf muscles rest today, but those waterfalls were too much of a temptation. I'm such a sucker for a waterfall hike, or a good viewpoint hike. In the end, I think the views were worth hearing my calf muscles complain for a few hours. 

    I wonder what I will be tempted to go hike to tomorrow.

    I'm very impressed that you made up your own boot camp. That takes some discipline. And the waterfall hiking sounds fun.

    CIC- The problem with being my own boot camp instructor is that I can just end class whenver I fell like it, which ended up being 30 minutes early. But I still must have done something right because my arms and shoulders are sore today. Not screaming, but sore.

    RAD- What if I just let my kids call you, and you can listen to them whine and scream.
