    Thursday - swim 2k, run 3k

    Friday- Run 10k,boot camp

    My hip is sore and I am tyring to remember what I may have done to it. No unusual workouts this week so I can't figure out what it may be.  I will try stretching and see what happens in a few days.

    You're getting some good workouts in. I am a little partial to Tuesday's workout, but I'm always ready for a nap.

    Nice workouts this week! Like QP I'm partial to the Tuesday one :) Stretch it out and take it easy, and the hip should start behaving.

    Doing well, just don't have access to Internet and the time to blog. Have done a couple of sprint Tri this summer and a couple of 1/2 marathons and hanging out with my family having fun.
