Swim day today. Easier to avoid those creepy people on motorbikes when at the pool than out running. Did a lot more fly than I am use to, and oh how my shoulders are aching. Stretch, stretch, stretch.

My neighbor taught me how to make homemade yogurt. Yum. I used the fresh yogurt to make the yogurt museli recipe, found in the "healthy recipes" section , for breakfast. It was yogurt-licious, even the kids liked it.

Yeah, at least those creepy people on motorbikes don't see you in your swimming suit.

I'm impressed that you made yogurt. I don't have the time, energy, or desire to cook (or skill for that matter).

Homemade yogurt is ambitious! I'm sure it's better than anything else you can get though, so that might help me get it done.

Nice work on the swim, although your shoulders may be sore I'm glad your legs got a rest.

CIC- good point about those creepy people on motorbikes.

RAD- next time we meet up, I'll make you some homemade yogurt.

i left some milk in my thermos once and thought I'd made homemade yogurt.

I was confused between "good" and "bad" bacteria. Imagine that.

QP, you did always have to learn everything the hard way :)
