Trying to get back into the swing of things.

Monday-Went for a run around the lake. They built a 10 foot high wall (dike) on one end so you can't  run around the lake. I planned to just run 1/2 way then turn around and run back. BUT lucky for me, over the weekend, someone lashed some bamboo into a "ladder" and left it there. I felt like I was on a camando operation as I quickly climbed the ladder and snuck over to the other side. It was hard running after several weeks off.

Tuesday- run 2.5, swim 2.5, bike 5. Tired, but felt good to exercise again.

Wednesday- I saw my boot camp class and I said, "I won't be able to come today because I'm going running." I got off to a slow start and decided to walk for a few minutes. Well,  right as I was walking along texting on my phone, my boot class comes running up behind me. Busted !! After I got teased, I started running.

Thursday- swim day 2k, bike 5k.

Friday- Super busy day. Burned lots of stress calories. Phone company shut my cell phone off becaue the bank did the autopayment wrong. Grrrr. Had to go to the bank and wait over an hour as they tried to sort things out. The good news is that my running buddy came back to town,.  Also, I got to do some volunteer work in the community.

Saturday- swim meet all day. Fun to watch my kids, but too much time in the sun. Forgot to put sunscreen on a spot on my shoulder/neck and got a burn. In the evening,  went for a 5k bike ride.

What a week! I love the commando run over the dyke, awesome. Nice job keeping up on the workouts and running with all the stress and craziness going on!
