    Why do I have to keep looking at this pop up add for some ugly guy advertising a six pack???

    Mon-  bike 40k

    Tuesday  - Swim 2k, run 5k, Ab work

    Wednesday - Bike 50k

    Thurdsday  - swim 1.8k

    Friday- Bike 40k

    Saturday-  I think I will do boot camp and some type of speed work. I'm excited I get to see my son run at the HS cross country meet tomorrow. A month ago, I didn't even know he could run and now he is doing great!

    Hip is sore today. Too many hill sprints. Maybe I will have to break down and see a doctor. Yuck.

    And Algernon did great again today, maybe I should get him some flowers :)
