Met a friend and we did a 5k run before swim class. She did a fast 5k, then met me for a "recovery" 5k. It was fun to visit with someone while running. She is alot faster than me, but said she would run amother 5k with me again next Tuesday.  Swim class seemed long  today. On Thursday, maybe I will try to run a 5k after swim class. instead of before.

running after swimmiing would be more like a tri-athalon training. If I tried swimming after I ran, I'd probably drown.

    I don't know what an aquathlon is...help!

Cat on the move - nice brick, I assume 2 miles, very good workout day. OK - I read your goals, one mile swim under 8min and 30 sec, holy smoke, I will pay you any amount for lessons. Your the dark horse for the Escape from Blackridge next year. Keep up the good work.
