    Mon-Went with the bike group again, a lot slower group so we only did 30k.  

    .  

    Tuesday-Swim day, worked hard. I went and bought a hamper, with a lid , just to put my smelly exercise clothes in.

    Wed: Bike group 40k. This group is faster than the other groups, I could hardly keep up with them. We did a 30km pace, on the road for the first hour and then trail rides for the last hour. The trails were muddy from the rain, and it was super slippery. 

     

    Thurs: Swim day. I didn't get to swim afterwards because I was stressed and forgot to  put my running shoes in my swim bag. OOps. Didn't get to run Tuesday before swimming because I had an appointment over at the HS school. I guess I need to do a run sometime  today, but when? ....Ok, I figured it out. I will treadmill while I watch my son during swim class.

    Friday-Boot camp. What is hard on Friday, hurts on Saturday. 

    Sturday- 10k run. Woke up sore from boot camp, but was committed to running because I had  friend waiting for me. Ran a good pace the first 8k, then she left for an appointment and I really had to force myself to run, and not walk, the last 2k.  My legs were so sore, but I did it. Glad I have my "long" run out of the way. Better do some stretchinig today. I think my long runs would be more effective if I remembered to rearrange my schedule and have a rest day before my long run day. I also haven't started to increase my distance past 10k , and need to figure out a plan to do that.
